After reading reviews I was alittle nervous being there at first. However, I wanted to give them a four star rating so others do give them a try. Only reason for four stars was expect to wait. It wasn't too busy when we arrived and we were still there longer than expected. Other than the wait time the office staff was friendly, nursing staff social and friendly and the Doctor didn't rush us and made sure he explained everything to us. My son ended up with a double ear infection while we are visiting from out of town.

if there is a more unprofessional business it would be hard to find one that can match Deer Park Urgent Care...I cannot understand for the life of me just answering the phone can be a challenge and getting simple information is another story I can understand why this place has the lowest ratings for as a Urgent Care to provide the most simple questions on when a person can get a DOT is beyond me..Shame on who ever is the supervisor over seeing this place. ....just awful service

I've been using deer park urgent care or almost 15 years or so and I have never had a bad experience. The employees are always very kind And helpful. At times it can be very busy, With heart attacks and broken bones. I am very Happy to have them there instead of having to drive all the way to Spokane.

Very efficient Covid Testing Site. Nursing and front desk staff nice and helpful. But if you really need help drive to Spokane. Two visits in three days and both provider's acted like I was wasting their time, even though neither one actually bothered to see my face.
