I’ve lived here for 22 years and the new owners have now raised the rent twice exponentially in one year! These LLC companies are driving people out of their homes and into the streets!

Park has been taken over by a greedy corporation. Lot rent increases by absurd amounts on a near yearly basis. My rent has gone up over 50% since I've moved here, while my income has gone up 0%. Management refuses to do anything about the constant barking dogs, and they also refuse to allow fiber internet in the area. They keep demanding more and give back nothing. Boo hoo inflation. Yeah, well it affects me, too, geniuses, and I'm living in poverty; I'm not some multimillion dollar corporation, yet I'M the one expected to pay more. Get out of here. They lie when they claim fiber internet is available. Neither TDS Fiber nor Ziply offer service in the park, and they're the only businesses that offer it in the area. Also, I forgot to add that we're on private well water here and not city water, and the quality of water is abysmal. Water has way too much rust and calcium that destroys my faucets and appliances. I wouldn't be surprised if my health issues are due to years of drinking the awful water in the park.

Very helpful and friendly on my first visit. Laura help me through the process, very helpful. The park is well maintained and looks great!

Stay away! New company Haven Park Communities took over this park. Only interested in money could careless about the residents. Unfortunately I’m stuck here for now. And no I don’t care about your pickle ball court!!!

The park requires tie downs so it should be. The owner or realtor would have to give you dimensions.
$360. Water, sewer, garbage and snow removal from the streets. $20 one time fee if you want to use the pool. Lot rent goes up about $12 a year. No additional costs, however they have rules to keep the place looking nice.
They do not allow for owners to rent their home out.( who ever lived in house must be registered owner)
Not sure everything seems to go up daily around here
Usually.. But I would check with the office to confirm
Most mobile home parks in this area are fine with dogs as long as people leash walk them, clean up after them and not let their dog(s) bark..
No. Park rules don't allow us to rent homes. There are some for sale.
Not a chance in h#ll I'd let my family buy and live here , get your s#it together people .
They rent out lots of land for one to place their own, park approved Manufactured home on. They have quite a few lots available.
It's a mobile home park. Permanent housing only
Oak Crest doesn't rent. You buy yourself a mobile manufactured home to put on a lot that you rent out for just a little over 350 a month
I agree with Shina^ The worst they can say is no.
I believe there is although a lot of people have been moving homes onto empty lots. Dont forget to fill out park acceptace app before anything though
Yes the are they just have to be approved by Oak Crest before installing
No renting in oakcrest. Only owners can live in park. No subletting either
People are allowed pets. Only two and they have to be indoor only
It has residents of all ages.
The space rent will be going up to $336 in june 2018
No, all are welcome but you need to stop into the office and fill out an application.
