My partner's parents switched over to this facility about a year ago or so and haven't had any bad things to say about it! My choice was simple when it came time looking for a storage unit of my own, my basic need was climate controlled and something close by- this fits the bill! My only complaint so far is my unit is close to the back entrance BUT the automatic doors is broken 🙃. One gate doesn't work on the one side of the building, the back gate works but you can't actually get in the facility because as I said the door doesn't work. Slightly annoying having to go all the way around to the front and also not being able to find an available dolly to use either, unless they're kept some place I'm not aware of. Other than that, for my first storage unit it works!

This storage facility is clean and tidy. My two complaints are that exit door was broken for months, which was closer to my unit, so having to turn around and go back to the front was inconvenient. It did bother me that they seemed in no rush to fix something like this. My second issue is the pricing. I had a storage unit here for almost two years and my price increased twice, a significant amount. If you store here, know that your space will not stay the same price.

Very convenient close to home and a well-kept facility. Only drawback is a rate increase I had this set up in December and it was $92 a month for a large size locker just this last month it jumped to $142. I'm going to inquire about how I could possibly get a rate reduction maybe by paying ahead or Auto pay. The people that run the place in the officer extremely helpful and nice and we'll go the extra mile to make sure your experience is a great one! If you're looking for a place to store your valuables try it out! 👍💯

The facility and its units are kept clean. This used to be a Public Storage facility and changed ownership to Extra Space. I've rented here for going on two years because of the value and convenience while we were building a home. When Extra Space took over last year, my unit received an 18% hike in the monthly rate, and now this year with, less than a months' notice it's receiving a 100% increase, actually doubling the amount I currently pay. Judging by the noticeably empty amount of units around mine, I'm clearly not the only one no longer paying the rates. Interesting strategy from corporate. Don't get too comfortable with the rate you sign up for.
