One of the elevators has been broken for months and it doesn’t look like they’re going to fix it. The price they were charging went up 60% without any notice and when I complained they said they would lower the price but didn’t do anything.

The building is pretty new and space relatively clean, but each 6 months they persistently keep trying to increase my monthly rates by as much as 50%. It's a hassle to call and be that person asking for less of an increase. It's also frustrating that they get you in the door on a low contract price and basically immediately pull that rate out from under you. There are also many unscrupulous looking individuals on and around the property. As a female, I only go by myself during daylight hours.

Very clean and well-maintained facility, I also was glad to have my stuff in an indoor, temperature-controlled unit since I used it longer than I'd planned. Variably sized units to choose from, and even though mine was on the 2nd floor it wasn't too much of a hassle to bring things in bc the elevator was large and they provided gurneys. BUT during move-out both elevators were down (one had been for weeks apparently, which I must say is a pretty critical fault for a storage facility). Got one working ourselves bc when we called they didn't have an emergency person to send to repair it and basically said we'd have to use the stairs or wait. Also, my rent took a bigger hike than I'd expected after my promotional discount ended. Other than those 2 things, a great experience overall, facility feels very secure and I had trust that my stuff would be in good condition when I got it back.

Nice facility. Easy back in spot for inside unload. 1 elevator out of service. 1 unload bay out of service. Narrow doorway (36") inside facility. You would think a wider doorway could have been installed in a facility where you are moving goods on carts.
