Not at all impressed. I wanted a slice at lunch. Got there they only had a pieced together pizza (3 kinds of different pizza put together as 1) in a case. It wasn't very warm and was not fresh. Clearly had been sitting for some time. It was pretty low to average tasting to me, not gourmet in any way. All the prices have been removed from their menu boards. The patio out fronts floor was filthy as we entered. The entry way was dirty and restaurant did not feel clean inside. Got a cup for water so did my friend both of us had black things in our water from the water from the fountain machine which was warm, almost hot. Odd and gross. I see now why the staff (who was pleasant and nice) tried to give us ice so badly. I pd $4 for that small piece of lame pizza and water. I will never go back. And I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. I'd have been happier with domino's.

Ordered pizza and a salad for delivery and it was a little expensive. The pizza was okay, but the salad was light on toppings. The delivery guy was nice, but they didn’t bring folks for the salad when they were delivering it to a hotel. Probably should add that to the comment. The pizza was moderately warm when it arrived. Ordering on the app was a pain.

Delicious pizza! The crust is so soft and chewy. My fav is their Roma pizza - love that they put broccoli on it! That’s hard to find as a pizza topping. We like to get their take-and-bake pizza too.

Have ordered in past from Umbria but this time I received a pizza (delivery) with an odious, rancid-smelling and -tasting crust. I called the restaurant to advise. He offered a free replacement but I declined, figuring if they're using rancid dough or flour there wouldn't be much point. I suggested he throw out that dough so it does not happen to others. He mentioned he thought it was the pan. After the call, I tore open a part of the crust's edge and both sniffed and tasted it. It was not just the pan. I called him back, suggested he throw out both the dough and whatever flour it was made from. He asked me, ' by rancid, do you mean just old-smelling?' I replied 'no, I mean RANCID. Look it up online if you are unsure of the meaning. You can throw out the rancid flour/dough or not, your choice, but I will be speaking w/others about this.' I am going to wash my hands, now, because the rancid smell from just my fingers after handling the crust is a bit nauseating.
