What a great park, lota to do but not too big. New features like a splash pad, but still enough shade. There are lots of places to sit in the shade that are close to the action so you can keep an eye on your kids. The kids were really nice too. Did I mention clean bathrooms? A must visit when doing some errands on a hot sunny day in Arvada.

Nice stop over while we waited for a ball game to start. The kids totally enjoyed the playground w/plenty of options

Beautiful park. It's nice to walk and relax. Loved the variety of slides , swings. There are tables for picnics, charcoal grills. There is one beach volleyball court.

First time there yesterday. Loved the variety of slides , swings. There are tables for picnics, charcoal grills. Nice water splash pad- just saw the set up, obviously not working as it's winter. There is one beach volleyball court. Facility restrooms during summer, portapotty during winter. Plenty of grassy open space for kites, or rv cars or playing fetch

It closed labor day . Boooooo!!!! The discovery park on Kipling and 38th has a water feature that is still open but it isn't as elaborate. It has a weight sensor feature so someone has to be on the pad for it to activate, just in case you pull up and don't see water.
Free its just a splash park no pools
The Splash Pad will open for the 2018 season on Saturday, May 26. The water turns on daily at 10:00am and is turned off at 8:00pm. The Spash Pad season ends on September 15.
No, but show up early if the weather is nice, as it is first come, first served.
