The only spot in Denver with spaces open. The place is a dump and crime is moderate. Anything not chained down and locked up is free game and will get stolen. Random residents walking through your site all the time and at all hours. I have people try to open my door when I’m in it. Trash laying on the ground blowing around. You could be a total pig and nobody would notice. No park rules or quiet hours and no enforcement. Where else you going to go, nothing else has open spaces.

We do a lot of reviews as we are full-time RVers. We've seen it all. We gave 2⭐ because of ... * Over priced. * Ad reads "bare bones" and it is. * Owners are old/ill and selling. * It appears that owners just let it go downhill.

Keep looking. For $60 a night you get pedestals with wires hanging out, long term residents that don’t maintain their lots and everything on the property is in disrepair. 10 showers and only one works. The messiest laundry room I’ve ever seen, an empty pool, a sun deck that is locked. When at the dog park your view across the river is of homeless people in tents. Definitely not worth $60 a night.

This was the worst RV park I have ever stayed in. I paid $61 for one night and it was awful. The site I was assigned had cars parked in it. Office was closed (they close at 3pm!) So we used the empty site next to it. The electric didn't work so we had to run our cable under the RV and plug into another site. The site was EXTREMELY unlevel. It humped up then down. Since we were staying hitched we couldn't do anything to help the height. It was so unlevel our door could not close with the stairs out. We had to manually tilt it so the side with the stairs was much higher so we could close the door. The sites all have weeds. They asked the year of our rig, so I assumed they had a 10 year rule. Definitely not! Some of the trailers there looked like they hadn't moved in 20 years! They asked the breeds of our 2 dogs so I assumed they had breed restrictions. Yet I saw someone walking a large aggressive breed. The "pet walk" is the weeds next to the road. It is FULL of dog poop, trash, and broken glass. There is noise from the freeway. And right across from the RV park is a homeless camp with tents that had fires lit (there is a fire ban in Colorado right now). I felt VERY unsafe in this park, it was dirty, and we were miserable here. And for $61! Horrible place.

Didn't find any in Aurora. Down in falcon there is a place. Monthly rates. Not sure what they are though. Falcon Meadows is the name
Because they use the facilities like a grown up water sewer and electricity a lesser amount that’s why they pay a lower price. But they are a lot to clean after in the public sections.
Walmart
Yes there are monthly rates... But they only run 28 days
They will lease you the camper site but you have to provide your accomodations.
I saw couple RVrs with pitbull. Still call nad check with the office. They are very nice people.
Not really, because the rent is so high here, it seems even the less fortunate RV parks are charging OUTRAGES fees! I'm sorry, wish I could tell you differently...yes they also charge weekly, but you pay ALLOT more by the week.Good to know cause we're hooked up to someone's electric...its hard without running water.thx for that info!
Depends on what hookup you need 30 amps like $350 And 50 amps like $395
