For starters this is not the Waldorf Astoria. The price reflects that. I paid a very good price for the ability of sleeping in a bed and having a shower overnight in the time that I had to stay in Missoula. The person at the front desk, I cannot remember his name, was very polite and cordial to me. I needed a roll of toilet paper and he provided that without question. The room was clean when I arrived although it does not look pristine. The toilet flapper leaks and every 15 seconds or so I can hear water rushing into the toilet tank. That reflects a lack of Maintenance but at the cost of the room I can live with that. There is an actual plastic fork in the sink and I think that is another setback in the quality of the hotel although again, the price reflects that. I didn't want to spend $250 for a single night stay and I can deal with imperfections. I think this goes a little Beyond imperfection. Most of the main room doors in the hotel apparently do not operate unless you pull the handle up instead of down which is counter to the common usage of a door handle. The air conditioning works just great, the location is ideal as it is right off of the main interstate. There is a very nice TV although I am not using it so I can't speak to the quality of the TV. There is a microwave and a refrigerator in the room which does not appear to have been cleaned in recent memory. There is a coffee maker although the filter basket is missing! I am not able to brew the provided coffee. There are vending machines on site although they are lacking a decent Supply. Overall I would rate this hotel three or two and a half Stars but because it is inexpensive and all I needed was a bed, a place to use the bathroom and a place to shower. I am very satisfied with the rate that I am paying. There is some parking available and it is right next door to an Albertsons Supermarket so that is another convenience. If you just need a place to rest overnight I highly recommend this location because of its affordability given the lack of amenities. If all you need is a place to stay overnight you don't need to gouge your wallet by staying here.

Would have been more acceptable if they supplied rear plugs for the freight trains horns most of the night. No milk or creamer in the motel. Overpriced.

Amazing service the guy even held the room for us so we could get over to the motel. Will definitely stay in this motel again!

The rooms were pretty dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. Plus we never got any sleep because of people partying all night. And management didn't seem to care. They left garbage everywhere and some of the rooms you walked by smelt of sewage. I don't mean to be rude but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping there.
