Everything is expensive and wish the employee behind the gun counter wasn't so lazy he couldn't multitask for 2 seconds to hand me the rifle I wanted to look at, he would rather watch someone fill out paper work. Lost my business after he said I had to wait 20 minutes.

Edit* thanks for the response. Glad your ok with selling defective products and passing the responsibility on the to the customer. Your response reaffirmed my stance of never shopping at your store again.* Poor customer service... They sold me a defective item. Tried to return it the next day, they not only refused to accept the return but also the manager refused to leave his office and talk to me. After spending thousands of dollars there, they have permanently lost my buisness. As a fellow retail manager i can say they DO NOT care about their customers... I recommend shopping elsewhere
