WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS THE MOST PATHETIC BUSINESS THEY DONT DO THEIR JOB AND THY DONT CARE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE WHO EVER OWNES THIS PLACE BETTER BE CONCERNED WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS RUNNING THE PLACE ITIS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IT GOES BELLY UP.

As far a bus stops go this is a good location. Hey they sell Idaho Spuds. The reviews seem to be skewed because many of the low ratings are for General Greyhound problems not necessarily this location. Great spot for a station it is a far sight better than when it was south of the Interstate.

On this particular occasion I was forced to have to take a bus first time in over 25 years. Waiting for the bus to show up at 6 in the morning and then being told that it's not coming is kind of ridiculous especially after waiting approximately an hour or so from when it was due to show up. When trying to contact someone two resolve the matter it is all automated so trying to get to a live person never happened. On the return trip the bus seem to breakdown on three separate occasions or something was happening with it we did arrive at our destination in time on the trip back but on the trip out I had to get someone else to take me. I am very unhappy with their service and I do not recommend Greyhound for your traveling needs unless you absolutely have to.
