I love the staff but the manager is ignominious. She was yelling at wait staff in the restaurant while I was eating. Dont do that in front of your customers. She also stood behind me in the bathroom. While turning the left sink handle the rusted, sharp edge cut me!! The first TWO times I told the manager she IGNORED ME! So as she washed her hands, I pointed it out to her a third time that it was sharp and cut me! She just said uh-oh and walked away from me! I am disgusted and appalled.

Haven't been here in a while. Every other place was closed, they were open, which tells me they care about the customer. Great hours. The young woman that served us was very good, upbeat and very helpful. The food was good too. For 11pm on a Sunday, it was a 5 star experience.

We had chicken Ceasar salads. Normal fair. What stood out was our server, Dana H.. We've owned a restaurant since 1986 so are pretty versed in the restaurant service industry. This young lady hit all the points for a well trained server. Good training only goes so far though, attitude and work environment play as much of a part for a good employee. This Applebee's seems to be doing something right. Thank you server Dana for a nice experience!
