Regular customer, I can't let it go anymore. The short lady is extremely rude and not willing to help. She will just throw parts at the counter. Acting like if she hates this job

This store never ceases to amaze me. The store itself is always kept clean and well-stocked. The customer service has always been on point. There is really nothing to critique, here. Additionally, today I called ahead to make sure a certain oil filter was in stock because my car takes an odd one. Riley answered and she located it, informed me it was in stock and went over a few options they had available. She asked me if there was anything else I'd be needing. I told her I'd be buying oil as well, but I didn't expect her to have my items all pulled and ready for me. When I went in, I grabbed the oil and tried to find the filter. Another associate (who was restocking the filters) helped me find the part the book said my car needed, and it wasn't correct. So he took me up front and asked someone to look up the filter. Out from behind the computer stepped Riley who had already pulled it and was waiting for me. I was blown away at the level of customer service. I paid the ticket with a smile and left. As I started up my car, I remembered I had been looking for a fluid extraction pump, and went back inside to see if they had one in stock. Another associate helped me as soon as I walked back inside. I explained what I was looking for and that I'd had trouble finding one in person as opposed to online. He said they didn't carry them, but went over to his computer and found one in stock at a completely different store here in town. Again, I was astounded with the customer service. I'd like to thank the employees of that store, and the management who apparently has done a great job all around. I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy who helped me locate the pump, but stand up job, sir. Many many thanks.

Wow, lost for words on how happy i was with going to auto zone over the other stores ...battery was 100$ less then point s tires the man in the store fixed my hood latch and was so helpful beyond the scope of his job. Didnt get his name but he was a heavy set guy with lonh hair....with out him i would have been serioulry screwed!

The store clerk came out to my vehicle and used a code reader to help me when my "Check Engine" light came on. They were fast, efficient and even gave me a copy of the error code.
