Mike is so knowledgeable, professional and honest. He is my go to for any computer issues for 5 years. His customer service is old school; you don't see that level much in anymore. To him the customer's concerns come first.

They took my computer the same day and Express shipped my touch screen. It even was don a day early, and was earlier than all the other computers. I would consider giving 4 stars purely for the smell of the shop, but since you're only in there for a bit it its tolerable.

It has been 2 months since I had Mike build me a PC and I have been meaning to write him a review since. He's a real friendly guy and clearly knows his craft. He is expedient in getting things gone especially given his obvious workload. He sat with me and talked me through the basics of the parts and was able to find me a very reasonably priced GPU given the current environment. All in all a great experience, would absolutely recommend.
