I order pizza from the location on 71st and Memorial religiously. A few nights ago I ordered pizza for delivery and the driver decided he “couldn’t find my apartment.” Needless to say, I don’t live in an apartment and with how much I order pizza, plus technology these days, there’s no excuse to why he couldn’t find my place and canceled my order. At 12:50AM, 10 minutes to close, I called the Pizza Hut on 31st and Memorial and Randy, the manager, was so kind that he stayed late and made us our pizzas. I highly recommend this location and want to thank Randy again for such amazing customer service!

I live right across the street and my pizzas we cold and dried out. My wings were not very warm either. Have had several problems with this location and will order from somewhere else for now on.

The pizza was cold when i picked it up. The wings had almost no sauce on them. Then the guy at the window told me i needed to tip even though i picked it up myself. I dont mind tipping but when i got home and i opened the pizza and looked at the wings it was a real slap in the face. I wont be coming to this pizza hut anymore.
