Stephanie Empson is one of the best providers I've ever had. She's kind and listens to your concerns. She is the ONLY reason why I've remained a patient at CCHC. As far as the rest of the health center (as a patient)...you have to be your own advocate. If the MA holds on the blood pressure cuff and wonders why "your" blood pressure is so high, you call them out before the provider calls an ambulance. Yes, this happened. There is a reason why this establishment doesn't have a high opinion in the Bandon area. The Board needs to look deeper into why if they want people to be a part of this organization.

From start to finish the staff at Coast Community Health Center was helpful, attentive and professional. The fact that I was visiting Bandon and not a regular patient made no difference at all. I highly recommend them.

I submitted papers for my husband to be a new patient the first part of January & as of February 7th have never received a reply of any kind. This is no way to run a medical facility, they should’ve had the decency to reply. I would not recommend them & the doctors should check out they’re office staff more often.
