the office has a very cold type feeling to it. nothing about it is welcoming or friendly. The same goes for a lot of the employees there. A lot of them are very rude, judgmental, & un professional. The few that aren't tho, seem to go the extra mile to get you some help. Just pray if you ever have to go in there, that you get one of the workers with a heart.

Worst experience I've ever had, the worker was rude like I was putting her out having her do her job. Then receptionist was having casual conversation on the phone, when I asked her to fax my paperwork she looked at me and said she doesn't fax I should have asked the worker to fax them for me.... a bunch of rude ladies who dont want to do there job

Fill out an application in your Grandmas name, it will ask who is filling out the application and from there it'll direct you on becoming her official caretaker. Hope that helps. Good luck. ❤
