Food was bad (breakfast food) and lady at the counter was very snooty and stuck up. But the other employee was just the opposite very polite and helpful down to earth.

I came 10 minutes early to get my pizza, I was fully aware it was not going to be ready, the guy told me 20-25 minutes over the phone. But I wanted to go ahead and get gas and pay for it. I was FINE with the wait. I KNEW I was early. I did not complain about it not being ready when I got there, but as the cashier went back to tell the kitchen staff I was there, HE complained i was early and i could hear him say "Are you serious? I told her 20-25 minutes. Jesus!" Although it wasn't that rude, I was annoyed at the fact that HE got upset that I was early. I get it being frustrated with customers, I've been in customer service for about 10 years now. But I also know not to voice my frustration loudly enough for the customer to hear.

Since 1 is the lowest I can give I guess it will have to do. I've been in covience for years and this by far the worst place I've seen and heard of. 18 yrs ago someone had a felony but had worked there since but wouldn't hire now do to it. I just went to buy a pack of smokes with $24 I'm my wallet. When the 20 ripped coming out of my wallet the clerk didn't even know the policy or to check #'s on each half of the bill and denied me sale. 100 to one odds I can get at least 50 people to not go in that store ever again
