Order was entirely wrong, even after repeating it multiple times AND telling the car hop face to face what the order was supposed to be. Car hop refused to make the same blackberry slush float my wife orders weekly, so she was stuck with the Sour Patch flavor that was not palatable. She refused to bring the master shake I ordered, instead substituting the Sonic Blast. As a result, I was overcharged $1.40. The website to review the experience returned a 404 error. The manager has had to replace his entire staff, who all walked out recently, due to alleged abusive behavior, and some of the stalls are inoperable. Avoid at all cost.

Today is second time I’ve received old warmed up fries. Old warmed up fries are the worst. Someone needs better management skills. In Miami Oklahoma

Yes, the service was terrible. We had a mobile order for 2 slushes and when we got there it said it was in the kitchen and then that was up on the screen for 30 minutes while we saw the girls messing around with other customers in their cars. And then had to wait another 10 minutes for our slushes to actually be made. And to top it off the slushes were very watered down/melted.

Updating my review. I was unhappy about not hearing back about my chili dog incident through the mobile app but I just received a phone and actually talked to a human that cares about running a good place. I feel like steps are actually being made to make a good change. Didn’t get to eat this chili dog but I know my replacement will be good :)
