Shady characters at this business.. I drove 6 hrs one-way to look at a motorcycle. From start to finish the buying process didn’t feel right. Even so, I decided to purchase. I asked for a simple oil change because they didn’t know when fluids were last changed. A reputable business would have done this upon receiving a vehicle. The sales manager appeared extremely aggravated someone would even ask, however, agreed. They took the bike for service while I completed paperwork. Once I got home I realized THEY LIED. No oil or filter service was conducted. They had taken the bike around the store while I completed paperwork and returned it without service. If they’re so childish about such a simple customer care request, what major issues are they willing to hide? EDIT: Tubby, the sales manager reached out. Complacency is the mother of failure. The facts remain, and I expect more from a business with 27 years of experience. I appreciate the the reply.

Fantastic group to work with! Called and spoke with Daniel telling him what we were looking for and drove down from Edmond the following day. We were greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Salesman listened to what we were asking for answered every question we had and no pressure sales tactics. Process was smooth and easy from salesman, general manager and finance. Great people!! Brought A 2014 Harley Ultra lovely bike. Battery & tire problems but the manager & sale person got right on it . And the manager said to we will make it right. I couldn’t ask for anything better than thanks too the manager & my sales person you both made my day . Been buying here for a long time they have some of the old faces & new .
