Had a pretty bad service experience at this Apple location. I made an appointment and tried to call ahead to see how long the service might take. Of course, it’s an automated answering service that eventually re-routes your call to some far-away customer service rep. After waiting 20 minutes, the rep was unable to talk to anyone at this Apple location to answer my question. So I went ahead with the appointment, and had to wait in the store a whole 30 minutes after checking in on time. What’s the point of even having an appointment system???? Book fewer appointments if you’re so busy. Finally, I speak with a technician only to be told they don’t have a specific part in stock and I’d have to come back in 3-5 business days, which I cannot do. At least they were friendly, but it was an utter waste of time which I did everything possible to avoid. Maybe answer the phone once. Horrible customer service on multiple fronts. You would think one of the biggest companies in the world would have this down to a science across the board. Seriously re-evaluating future Apple purchases.

Like all Apple stores this one is very busy and will have a line most times waiting for help. Best time to go is just after opening mid week. You may also encounter a longer wait for a scheduled appointment time, I have waited thirty plus minutes after a scheduled time. If your ordering a phone, etc., you can order it online for the store and schedule a time for pickup which can make it easier.

I recently did an in-store iPhone pickup and return of the iPhone purchased 5 days ago so that I could get my favorite color. The staff and manager in Nashua NH behaved so unprofessional, inpatient and unfriendly. The counter staff faked me that an iPhone could only be returned to the store where it was picked up, until I showed her the Apple return policy webpage. The staff and manager then made every excuse to deny my return, claiming they could not accept an iPhone with smudge/fingerprint on the touch screen even if it is within 14 day guarantee. This was totally absurd and wasted me >30 minute in store and additional 30 min drive to another Apple Store, where the return took less than 3 minutes!

Zero stars if I could. I don't blame any of the associates; I'm sure they are not paid enough to deal with most of what they have to. Brought my computer in last Friday for liquid damage. They said it was completely destroyed then offered me $100 off because I'm a student. Yeah just lost all my files and need a new computer? Somehow immediately spending $1000 is not my first priority. Brought my computer to a repair shop. $110 later my computer is running with all its files. For a billion dollar company this place should probably learn how to fix computers better.

every day but not for iphone 7
yeah! they're super nice, just make sure you have your info like an .edu email :)
Hi! I know how to transfer photos, videos, etc. You log in to your Apple ID (account) and it should come over. If not. Then try going Into settings under iCloud, And try seeing if you can find something that would lead you towards that or something along the lines of that! :-) smile emoji 😄
Unfortunately, Apple does not answer questions or schedule appointments from their Google maps pages. To make an appointment, you would either have to walk/call in or use Apple's website.
Yes, appointment is must.
I don't see why not they were open even for people walking in and mask is required
Best to call, but seen the times where one comes in and waits.
What do you mean by coordinating Word and Pages? Those are two different platforms by two different systems, choose one and use it. If you can’t submit something done in Pages, copy and paste it to a Word doc and submit it.
You are charging your Masters in Business Administration on both ends?
Whatever a new phone costs.
I'm an android guy...
Go to the store and ask to speak with them.
Why don’t you just go down to the store and stop harassing them while they are dealing with customers?
no
Yes. They'll take a temperature check and if it's normal, you're good to go
Call them and schedule a time so they can show you all the features and how it would interact with your iPhone.
No there isn't but maps are fun 😅
I would call it could be anywhere from 100-250
You would need to visit the store and show them the device. Theres no way to answer that question here.

No sales tax
Yup
They can do it in store. The cost is currently $29 until the end of the year. I wouod call and schedule an appoinment.
Call the store or stop by and check it out
Apple does not respond on here. You need an appt to have the tech look and fix the phone. They should have everything in stock.
Contact the Apple Care.
Is your email account synced properly with your iPhone? Check your notification settings and make sure that you don't have your emails set as silent.
Yes, always a good idea to make appointment on their website.
