Went through the drive thru tonight, did our order, they shorted us our order. When we went to tell them, they told us that we didn't go through that drive, even though it was two minutes prior to telling them they shorted us. They were arguing back with my fiance and refused to give him what we had ordered in the first place. They are horrible at their customer service. They need to hire better people, or they will be losing all kinds of business. Which it looks like they are now. That is not a way of treating your customers. I have in the restaurant business for over 30 yrs and I have always made sure I treated my customers right and made sure they got what they came for. Tonight it was absolutely outrageous, will never go there again, they lost a loyal customer.

It's a decent location. It's always been clean when I've stopped. The drive-thru is usually fairly quick. I've yet to experience any mistakes with my orders which is definitely a plus.

they stopped me halfway through my order, never came back on the microphone and continue to take cars from the other order lane. i proceeded to the window and ordered there. took 40 minutes in total. food was decent. they was not friendly and didnt even give the proper amount of straws

The drive thru in the morning is horrendous, they pick and choose what cars they want to take orders from regardless of which was first. Constantly screw up discount codes from their own app resulting in higher charges or missed discounts. Manager won't take ownership of issues and instead blames everything on being short staffed with no apologies offered. Will not return here.
