There was a woman there, 10:15am on 07062022 who 2as absolutely upbeat and made my day. Nothing to do with attraction, purely customer service. Higher more like her. That being said, food was perfect. Whatever team you have at this time, is a well oiled machine. Thank you for your awesome attitude to whoever that was 🇺🇲

Octane Rampage

Always a fan of Arby's. I wish they had more locations around my area. I have to go far to get my curly fries, and a chicken buffalo slider. I miss their pizza slider, sad that they took it off the menu. Their white cheddar mac and cheese is bomb!

Usually I love Arbys Beef and Cheddar. There was about a dime size of cheese and even less mustard that I paid extra for. This new generation has zero work ethic and it shows.

I placed an order go at Arby's in Auburn Me. I had ordered a small roast beef and cheese sandwich. When I got home, I opened the sandwich to find out the pieces of roast beef definitely not the expected quality at all. It looked as if they had picked up the pieces from left overs, and they didn't put on any cheese. I called to speak with a manager about this, and they hung the phone up in my ear. I called back thinking that we had been disconnected by mistake, and when I asked why they didn't check the to go orders more closely, I was told that they didn't need the business, they already had enough customers ,and that my order was not important to them. Shame on them. Extremely poor customer service, I very strongly urge anyone to avoid Arby's in Auburn Maine! Boo to you.
