The postmaster is rude and disgusting. Refuses to deliver packages to elderly disabled person because of her small dog. Been getting good service till he had to make deliveries. Awful awful man

All of the staff at the Postal Service in Prosser have been very friendly and helpful. That is in person or on the phone. Great service!

To say that the customer service here is lacking would be an understatement. It is unfortunate that I haven't had one good experience since moving to Prosser with this post office. The staff is short and rude, for the exception of one gentleman and other fill ins I have encountered. They are careless with packages, and have a bad attitude when you need to ship more than one item. I hope they get new staff soon, or train them to have better customer service.

I hate when I see that I will be getting an online order/package from USPS because I know I won't get it. It is a 20+ minute drive to the post office to pick up packages that they were "unable to deliver". Multiple tracking histories show the status as "unable to deliver" with a time stamp that is before the driver even leaves the post office, so they don't even try. Then I have to wait several days until I get a chance to go into town so that I can pick it up. When I need a package for the weekend and it is supposed to be delivered on Friday, I won't see it until Monday at the earliest because they are closed Sat-Sun. DO NOT USE USPS TO SHIP PACKAGES! Use UPS or FEDEX. Edit: I have had a few more interactions with the staff and have seen a marked improvement in cordiality and have seen some honest effort on their part. I changed the score to 2 stars, and still wish to see further improvement.

I think the latest is around 3-4 but I'm not sure. You need to call the post master. If your mail is that late something is going on with the carrier and their boss needs to know(or can give you a general time they should be at your address).
They should be able to help with international money orders when they are open.
