We went into the Plymouth store on tax free weekend just to browse. Possibly in the market for a new couch. We were greeted almost immediately by Meagan. She gave us a run down of how the store was set up and told us she would be back to check in. She checked in with us twice and answered some questions. We asked her to work up 2 different prices for us for two sets we liked. Just to see if we were in the ballpark of what we wanted to spend. She explained everything too us. We ultimately ended up purchasing a couch set from them. Meagan was friendly and professional and I would recommend working with her if you can.

Holly was absolutely wonderful. My aunt at 93 had waited more than three weeks to receive the results from a geography and schedule a follow up visit . There was a mixup between the doctors office in BI. I hand delivered a referral to Holly. immediately she set up an appointment I was so relieved so it was my aunt. Competent compassionate service.

This showroom was just lovely with plenty of room to navigate easily. Our sales person was very, very helpful, polite and friendly. I’ve been to other furniture showrooms (not La-Z-Boy) where the sales people were cold and uninterested. We walked out. All in all, our shopping experience with La-Z-Boy was easy, relaxed and pleasant.

Megan was great ... she showed us the styles we were interested in and then left us alone to sit in the chairs and study the available upholstery options. When we had questions she was readily available and explained options and costs very clearly. Paperwork only took a few minutes and choices were verified before signing. Wonderful shopping experience. It is going to be difficult to wait several months to get the chair but I trust it will be worth the wait.
