Seriously worst transportation the are very unprofessional never let the parents know if the bus drivers are running late and when you call to ask where the bus drivers are at they are rude you can tell they have no customer service experience at all seriously need to clean house there

Wish I could rate 0 stars. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. called about my child’s bus schedule. I stated her name to the very rude lady who answered the phone in Hermiston Bus Barn, and waited on hold for 13 minutes. I just hung up.....
