I don’t like giving bad reviews but this place is NOT reliable. Take your business elsewhere. I went there to have my brakes checked and when the rep got back to me after reviewing my car he said my back brakes needed changing, I then asked for a quote on how much so I could figure out when I could go in, the guy went to the back, then after 5 mins or so he came back and said never mind, that my brakes were fine. I asked if he was sure because a moment ago he told me the back ones needed changing. He just answered “oh sorry it’s been a long day”… I get it, it was close to the time they were going to close but they didn’t even give me a slip or anything of how my brakes were. I felt that my time was wasted because of the guys answer. He didn’t sound fully sure to me, and now I question if they even checked my car at all. I had another person check my brakes and they told me the back ones def need changing. So les Schwab staff, please check cars correctly & even if you’ve had a long day, that’s not a professional way to answer.

Had a great experience at this Les Schwab. I had gone to the dealership and they told me all of my wheels needed new breaks and calipers and that they could order them but I wouldn't be able to get it done for several weeks. When here and the tech told me I only needed back wheel calipers and breaks. Not only that!, But they had them in stock and could do it right then and it would only take an hour. They were done on time and now my car runs much smoother. Thank you guys, you're great!

It was busy when I visited, but no employee acknowledged me or other customers who were waiting. One employee was on the phone the whole time without a customer in front of him. It didn't feel organized, so I walked out after a few minutes. I ended up getting tires at well-known discount shop instead and their service was phenomenal. Night and day difference compared to this place.

Outstanding service! Friendly, professional staff make my trip to Les Schwab make me want to visit more Schwab (dad joke). Seriously, these guys make my day more enjoyable bc they act like real people, not fake personalities. Let's not forget their expertise in all things tires is second to none!
