Very disappointed I put my account on hold in 2018 because of health issues. Had to cancel because we are moving and I’m now paralyzed from the waist down. I had prepaid for credits to use for tans before the cancer issue. Now I am told I don’t get refunded for what I didn’t use. Very disappointing that businesses are so money hungry that they have no sympathy.

I’ve been here many times and always had a great experience. Not this last time. I was told to buy the five tans for $9.99 and I clarified it was spray tans as I do not like bed tanning. They said yes. I got my first spray tan, came back to do a second and was told that it was only one spray tan and four bed tans from the same girl that sold it to me. Not happy when she told me wrong and had me waste my money. I want my money back or to be compt four more spray tans. What a joke. Very disappointed as I come here often.
