We ordered our second Weber Grill in a few weeks from Ricci with the explicit instructions that the grill be delivered assembled. The first Weber grill we received was badly damaged, but was left as if it were in perfect condition anyway. Ricci did respond promptly and replaced it which was appreciated, but the second Weber grill was another story. It was ordered and promised as a delivery on a Saturday, then they told us it couldn't be delivered assembled because they were short the manpower to put it together. They told my wife it would take 15 minutes to put together, which prompted me to call and ask if it only took 15 minutes, why not assemble it, then bring it out. Again they said they couldn't assemble it. They told me that an hour would be all the time it would take me to assemble it. We needed the second grill for a function that evening. They either sent me a different model or its design was refined by Weber, because the second Weber grill is designed differently from the first one we had which made assembly more difficult. After two hours of assembly, we were still trying to finish it up. It was extremely challenging. Not something you rush through when gas lines are involved. We were VERY disappointed in how we were handled by RICCI.

There aren't enough superlatives and kind words available to adequately describe the exceedingly professional quality of service that the folks at Ricci Lumber deliver. Alan our project manager was amazing from start to finish with follow-up and follow-through as was Melinda in the design phase of our small project. Though our project was somewhat limited in scope we never felt as though it was not important to the folks at Ricci. Their sincerity and dedication in their mission shown through with the dedicated craftsmanship put forth by Derek and his on-site crew who treated our home with the utmost of care, respect, and kindness. Derek and his team went above and beyond for us and the pride they take in their work and the skill with which they deliver is evident with the finished product for which we could not be more pleased with. Their efforts have ensured that we will be customers for life and I highly recommend Ricci Lumber for your home project.

I have not ordered a lot of stuff from Ricci lumber, but if you need any building materials this is the place to go. There was a little hiccup with my order that was suppose to be delivered it was a little late and a small problem with my order but they went above and beyond to rectify it. Best customer service I have ever had from any hardware/ lumber yard ever!!
