You pay for the lot rent every month. You own your own home and may be under a contract to keep your home in the park for a specific period of time. Call the office and Brenda will give you all the information you need.
Haha no. No pool. Lot rent is almost $500. No trash pick up
Definitely call the office for more information. The park was just purchased by a new owner so rules have changed.
