Michelle, the owner, gave me a wonderful tour of the facility and information on their modern mobile homes for sale. This is not your everyday mobile home park. The houses are all well maintained, on huge private lots, set back in the trees, close to beaches!

No rentals here....it's a mobile home park and you buy the home but pay lot rent...they do not allow people to rent out the homes.

Not sure - but rentals aren't allowed in the park.
I lived there in 2014 and the fee was $350. It could have gone up however. The park owners are not very friendly FYI, and VERY strict with park rules. So take caution before buying.
Depends on the seller. New homes start at 60,000. The older ones are being sold at various prices. You can always call the office for more information or drive around our Blue Haven community. Most people have signs posted.
