I enjoyed this medical facility while being seen there. Very friendly staff and my PA Laura Anjoli was the best I'd ever had. Unfortunately I was referred to another physician after 4-5 years due to my back issues, but that M.D. ended up not doing one thing for me, besides being the most insensitive physician i ever experienced. Now I'm having to start all over, and hopefully I can find a primary that actually listens to my needs instead of treating me like some addict the second asking for Anything to ease my painful tendonitis ...Even after 2 urine tests showing I am not "nor abuse my medications, still treated as one 😧

I have been going to Lassen Medical in Cottonwood since I moved here to are in 2009. Their services have been getting horrible over the last couple of years. We get switched Drs quite often here. I had been trying to ignore these this. But today did when I had something take a lot longer then expected totally out of my control. They cared less, one of my friends did me a favor to rush her there after seeing i was not going to make it to take her. They arrived 2 minutes late, they said no we are not seeing her. Especially after telling them my personal business of why I could not get her there and found someone last minute. I get but come on i have been a patient for 10 years and have always tried defending your establishment when others are always bashing you. Guess in the end I was wrong

We like most of the providers here. Dr Oakes however has horrible bedside manner. He manages to make us feel completely stupid every time we have to see him. I found out today that he doesn’t work there on Fridays. He is beyond rude. I would recommend requesting that he doesn’t see you or your family. Good luck!
