The carts seem to change here often, and the cards that have been there seem to be okay to average. Chubby bunny is definitely a good spot for some vegetarian / vegan breakfast.

Cool place to eat and drink outside with several options like Mexican, Vietnamese, Danish and more. All is really yummy!

Does anyone know who manages this space? I'm looking to try and set something similar up in another city and would love to hear how they made this happen. I'm not in Portland, so can't just pop in...therefore, contact info appreciated.

I've heard that the owners of Never Coffee (a few doors down) own the empty lot and might be a good place to start. I'm pretty sure that the actual setup and design of the space is all decided upon by each of the tenants. Or you could just call/email one of the food trucks.

Not that I've seen, but the cart owners are friendly and care about their customers, so they might have set something aside if they thought it had been left
