Disgusting, absolutely filthy women's bathroom which the employees at both arco and jack in box store refused to clean. Said would not clean it!!!! I reported it to healthdept. They with said would not do anything about it!!! All need to be Fired!!!at 11a m on Sat 3/12/22 with no customers in either store and plenty of staffing!!! Sham e on them!! Location intersection hwy 101 with hwy 46 Pado Robles, Ca. Need to both be closed!!! Unsafe health envuronment.

They refused service for not wearing a mask, but yet they were serving the drive through people with no mask. They lost my business.

Pulled in to the drive thru today at 1130, 3rd in line. After 5 minutes of waiting with no movement of any vehicles, I backed up and went inside. 3 people working, one at the window appearing completely confused, one tall gentleman working the grill and serving drinks to the 4 parties waiting, and one gal. At one time the gal came to the register, but immediately left to go into the back. After 4 minutes at the front of the line on a limited time schedule for lunch, I left. The 1st vehicle in line when I pulled up was still not assisted. You may be short staffed but your employees should have the courtesy to recognize your customers and let them know they are seen and (ideally) how long until they might get service. Don't recommend this place to anyone anymore and that's a shame 'cause for fast food it's decent.

My last 3 experiences with Jack in the Box , have been amongst the worst experiences I have had dealing with fast food . I am not one to give bad reviews , but 3 of the local (out of the 5) Jack in the Boxes deserve a bad review. The details are to lengthy to put on this . However I will say that the 3 "Jack's " involved will never get any of my money , ever !!!!
