We absolutely love The Carriage House. The rooms are clean and comfortable! I love the decor as it feels like you walk into Pottery Barn with the updated furniture. Having a coffee maker with water supplied, microwave, and a fridge is a bonus. Guests are well taken care of. Would not stay anywhere else when we visit our daughter who attends school in New Haven.

Clean comfortable and cozy! Best little hotel …no better place to stay. Exceeds all expectations!! Well appointed, charming and a great place overall…owner is welcoming and so sweet…goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. Truly a gem…cant go wrong staying here….only place i ever stayed while visiting my daughter at QU all 4 years…look no further for a hotel!

We were so pleased with our stay at the Carriage House! It had been highly recommended to us from mutual friends and it didn't disappoint. Our room was beautifully updated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The owner couldn't have made things easier from start to finish. It was a super convenient location with parking and WIFI. Anytime we are in the Hamden area we will definitlely stay here. Be sure to check them out, you won't be disappointed!

When I visited my son at Quinnipiac I always stay at the Carriage House. One of the main reason is because of Rinal the owner. She is hard working and will make sure you have what you need for a very comfortable stay. She's done a great job renovating the rooms and making them feel very cozy. When in the area look no further than the Carriage House, you'll be supporting a small family business and you wont regret your decision!!!
