Never on time. Medical assistant thinks she's a doctor and is always trying to advise my minor child. Medical assistant was supposed to call us next day for daughter to get depo shot. Medical assistant never called and never returned my calls.

They treat you like cattle. Their is no more caring or quality care. They disrespect their patience, and their wishes. They book you for 10 minute appointments; God forbid you need more than 1 thing. Get out while you can. Go to redding, find another provider or move those are pretty much your choice. I have been a resident of Siskiyou/Shasta county for 30 years. Now I am looking at having to sell to get the he'll out of here before their lack of caring ends up killing me! Walk away while you can! 30 YEARS! Of being tax paying property owner and resident and this is what you get?
