Food was good and staff was friendly. My wait was a little longer than expected.

Food was great. Waitress was the worst waitress I've had in a long time. Totally ignored us the whole time. Had to walk to wait station 3 times. My wife's salad took almost as long as the pizza. Won't go back inside. Might not even go for the pizza any more. Too many good pizza places in Bristol for service like that.

Hometown pizza was closed so I decided to try Bristol pizza. The pizza unfortunately was a bit over cooked and there was lots of crust. What I thought was inappropriate was the fact that I drove there to pick up a pizza and didnt eat in. When I was checking out, the woman up front asked if I wanted to add money to the charge of the pizza for a tip. While I appreciate the service I get when I dine in and tip good, I made the drive there to pick up the food. I also had a tough week with an unexpected death and didnt expect that. If someone is picking up take out, I think they should decide on their own if they can/want to do that. It shouldnt be asked...I was not waited on. Times are hard for all and I do my part to keep local businesses open by buying from them but that was too much.
