Horrible ‘delivery’ service. I had to call at 5pm the day our order was supposed to be delivered, and was assured it would be delivered first thing the following morning (nobody called me to inform me the delivery was not coming all day, I had to confirm with them myself). Fast forward to today - get an email saying it’s out for delivery and will arrive before noon. Called at 2pm to find out the order was still sitting in the warehouse, again with nobody contacting me about this. No reconciliation was offered for any of this, and we cancelled our order because this lowes can’t seem to communicate with customers or deliver items on time. DO NOT order anything to be delivered if it’s sourced from Gilford - they couldn’t care less if you get your delivery and will offer no assistance to get anything expedited or resolved when they drop the ball. Go to Belletete’s and save yourself a massive headache.

Lowe's had plenty of flowering plants, but they looked like they were on their last legs, most likely due to lack of watering. Overall, good prices and selection.

Checked for product on line. The site said there were over 30 in stock. Went to purchase it and couldn't find any. Tried twice to get help. Waited for 15 minutes for a manager who never came. Left the store. Never again!
