Over priced and very rude in every way too busy on his cell phone to be bothered to assist me and cash only seems a little out of business norm.....10 months for a response thanks for putting down the cell phone to pay attention to your business ....this sounds more like excuses to appease a customer but customer service starts at the start....bad business
