Terribly rude, semi competent.

***Specifically problematic due to ineffective COVID precaution in not allowing customers in bank.*** Doubtlessly looked good on paper, but keeping customers outside compromises safety further as it forces customers to clump near entrance waiting for service and follow up service. Then they still stand within six feet of and touch the same items as multiple employees during and after clumping. Meanwhile, employees are forced to go in and out of the bank to speak with customers and input data/get forms signed/print receipts throughout transactions, which further slows customer processing time and increases the clumping. Meanwhile, on top of reducing customer and employee safety, the failed precaution slows customer processing so much that, despite the best efforts of good employees, a simple wire transfer took over an hour. Three different employees had to go in and out between each step wherein they had to get a form for me to sign, input data, get my approval, get the manager's signature, bring my receipt, etc. Each time they came out, they had to walk through the clump, and then each successive clump day in and day out. Unclear as to why they haven't set six foot separation spots, which works especially well in banks as they don't have material stock. Their OFP is a demonstrably terrible policy that was clearly not evaluated critically after implementation.

I have experienced wonderful customer service with this branch. They have gone out of their way to assist me with a refinancing and always do what they can to serve. They may not have a large staff and are a small site, but they make up for it in quality. Patience is a virtue.
