HOLIDAY CAMPLANDS IS a beautiful place to have a camp site. Lots of acvtivities to do there. Everyone is very friendly. All the staff are wonderful and they are excellent and professional at what they do to keep a great camp business going for many years.

The place is nice but the upkeep and cleanliness of the bathrooms well you be the judge. Most of the showers are like this would rather drive 2 hours home and back to shower

Absolutely love taking my family here. It is very family friendly oriented lots for the kids to do as well as the adults. I love how it's its own tight nit community

I really enjoyed the holiday campgrounds. There was everything there you can possibly imagine like a little town all to its campers. I was actually glamping on a holiday vacation. They have swimming pools golf course laundry they even offer free gravel Stone there were so many things I can't even remember also right next to two lakes plenty of boating general Store everything you can possibly imagine and more! Close enough to go into Cherry valley where the Amish have a store that has everything you can imagine bulk foods fresh produce and Amish furniture that was a really good time and of course many souvenirs to bring home. Also close to another little town that has Ohio's oldest general Store called the end of the commons once again a lot of Amish things we ended up having dinner there it was a very nice vacation.!

You would have to call the office.they would be able to help most people own there.and are only there part time.
Yes, but you have by laws. The area around the Lake is allowed for mobile homes year round. Other areas get around the bylaws by leaving the Camplands for short periods of time. Therefore " not living there full time ". I don't think this is strictly inforced.
Non sewer lot is about $6500. If you go to the holiday camplands website and look under lot sales it will give you a listing of current lots for sale with prices. Prices are negotiable.
You purchase a lot, and pay taxes and dues to reside here.
Not a ton right now empty lots are selling for 15ish. You can check out website and click lot sales for a list of available properties. Check out the face book pages too. Some people sell outright without going through lot sales.
