Four month update: Upgrade from 4-stars to 5-star review. Quirk GMC Service is awesome. Great team. Honestly, felt like they were looking out for my best interest. First time in my life I've said this about a dealership service department. The folks at the parts department are much more matter-of-fact and transactional. I was able to save significant money (including the shipping costs) by ordering accessories from another dealer online. Even after sharing the price I was getting from another GMC dealer, they did not drop their price. Original review: The Quirk sales process is incredibly efficient and stress free. The Sales team members were all helpful and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more from the Sales Team. I do wish that there was a "Quick Start Guide" for the vehicle. For example, within hours of accepting the truck, I opened the Multiflex tailgate step and dented the tailgate sheet metal and destroyed the camera/button panel because I wasn't aware that I should not open it, if a trailer hitch is in the receiver. I read through the user manual that night, so I see that there is a warning in there, but it was too late. Other features that should be on a Quick Start Guide would be the vibrating warning seat and the lane keep assist. Both startled me the first time they engaged. Ultimately, these issues are my fault for not reading about them before driving the vehicle, but you can certainly take steps to help others like me. Thank you for a great vehicle buying experience and a great truck.

Purchased a beautiful new truck over the weekend. It was a little bit of a decision for me as I weighed option and quirk was there every step of the way. Teresa did a wonderful job at assisting and guiding me every step of the way. Could see myself going there for all my future vehicles.

All our employees are required to wear masks at all times and our maintenance staff routinely sanitize door handles and exposed areas that are high touch points at our facilities. All our vehicles are thoroughly sanitized before and after service and test drives, and seat covers are also applied for additional safety. Additionally, we practice social distancing, and ask all customers to wear masks when visiting our showroom and ask that they seat at least six feet apart from one another.

There are lots !!! Shop around and be careful !! I bought my Sierra there!! Just look the psper work close and ask lots of questions !! Anything realky important get it in writing!! Just be careful!!!!!!!
