I purchased a boat from this dealer 4 years ago & have had nothing but good things to say about them. They store your boat for the winter & I have nothing stolen out of my boat, a first for me. They perform any needed work on your boat during the winter & spring, before you arrive in the spring. The only time I had needed them during the summer I called them, & was told to bring the boat to them that day so they could do the repair quickly. When you arrive in the early summer they deliver your boat to your dock & are no charge. Everyone at this marina treat their customers like family. A wonderful marina experience.

Come to find out, it’s the owner who has the Rudest customer service! The woman behind the desk is snappy and rude! Normally I don’t leave negative feed back, but I was so blown away that someone would be so very rude! She informed us that our 2 infants are “toddlers” when both are under 15 months! She said 8 adults could go on the boat! We have 8 adults and they refused to let us rent due to “two many people” after we confirmed via text at 11pm last night. I informed her that other boat companies are renting to their clients and she stated “well then go there”! Clearly, they are all full! As a business owner, never ever would I treat People with such disrespect!
