Pulled up to inquire about the cost of a tire rotation and how soon they could make it happen. Not 10 minutes later the job was completed and on the house. Outstanding!!! Highly recommend, top notch customer service.

Very unfortunate day at Lee's Tire in Brunswick! I went in for front brakes, and because it needed some other front end parts, like ball joints and tie rod ends, they refused to do the brakes, and wouldn't release the car back to me! They insisted it wasn't safe to operate until ALL the work was done. They quoted some $3000 worth of work, and that to release the car, I needed to tow the vehicle back to my property at my expense! This vehicle was legally inspected in October of 2020, registered and insured, and I was forced to call the cops! The manager finally released the car, and I found a good mechanic across the street to do the work. What a nuisance. I would advise others to avoid using this garage. They certainly overstepped their authority, and in the process lost a good customer. Go figure...I guess Covid's got everyone a little crazy.
