Talk about a scam - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place charges $150 to look at a car and doesn’t disclose that upfront! I had my car towed there by AAA and called them ahead of time to make sure they were able to look at it. When I called the next day to check on the car, they had no record of the car being there and I had to beg them to go outside and look for my car. They eventually found it and told me it was sitting in their lot with the keys inside (wow, sounds safe!) and that they hadn’t looked at it yet. Then, my name and email were spelled incorrectly so I didn’t receive the estimates they sent over email. After another miserable phone call they realized that it was misspelled. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. Based on the fact that they tried to force me to pay $150 that I never authorized, I decided they were not the type of place I wanted to support and I took my car elsewhere and advise anyone to do the same. To top it all off, when I went to get my car they brought out a different one and tried to tell me it was mine. Just an overall disappointing experience where I wasn’t treated as a valued customer whatsoever.

Excellent shop. Brought it in for a tire change. The communication was great and I was emailed three quotes that transparently laid out everything. Took only an hour or so after I approved for it to be completed. Got a nice AAA discount, and the prices were fair, explained and detailed. The staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. Might be my new go to shop in the area. Highly recommended.

Fast inspection, but felt dishonest. The classic drop off for an inspection and then 5 minutes later walking in to inform you that your car is "broken". Turns out my tail light housing was "mysteriously" misaligned. They wanted to charge 15 dollars to "fix" it. It's literally 2 screws to undo and align. I can't be for certain if they were the ones to misalign it, but attempting to charge for undoing and redoing 2 screws was disingenuous. I said no and did it myself in 30 seconds. Would not recommend!

Honestly one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve had. I was towed in late night and processed quickly. By the next evening I had quotes for the repairs needed to be made, they were very clear with recommendations and what needed to be done. I agreed to do the repairs I needed at the quoted price. Checking in the Monday after dropping off, they were not able to get some of the parts right away so it was going to take longer. I ended up having a family emergency I needed to fly to Arizona for the same week and they were incredibly flexible and were willing to schedule the repairs so it coincided with my return instead of charging me extra for holding the car for two weeks. They had the repairs done a day before I flew back and I picked it up the day after my flight. The price ended up being $400 less than the original quote that included discounts which was amazing. They even drove me to the body shop down the street where the car was being stored instead of making me walk or wait. All around a very very good experience I would recommend A-Z for any auto repair needs not covered by your warranty. They are very helpful, responsive, and kind and feel really invested in everyone who walks through the door.
