As I write this I am currently staying at the Campground site (A-6). Let's start with the positives: The Campground is attractive and well maintained. The site is in great condition. The seasonal residents (which is most of the Campground) have been friendly. The location to town is good. Now for the negatives: When I reserved a site over 7 months ago I specifically requested a location away from the main road. I was given a space directly against the road. When I arrived I asked if I can can be moved and was told they did not have any other spaces. I have now been here my entire 4 days and they did have a space to move me into away from the road. Specifically space "B" for three days and a pull-thru site for day 4. I know some people would not want to change spaces but they should have given the option. As many reviews have stated the woman in the front office does not come across as friendly. She was not rude just not friendly. She certainly was not helpful. They advertise daily lobster delivery if ordered by 10am. They do not tell you if you show up at 9:20 "the pots are full sorry" so get your order in early. IF you get the Lobster it taste good. Due to the reviews I was looking forward to this stay and I sadly it was disappointing.

Awesome campground!!! Can't say enough great things about the caring staff or the impeccable grounds they keep. Stayed 4 nts in a pull thru spot that included sewage and cable. Most, if not all spots are paved with the pull thru's having an extra side space for your tow vehicle. Heated pool, pickleball court, basketball hoop, dog run, playground, etc. But the absolute best amenity is the lobster delivery service in their old 1948 Ford pickup truck!!!! Order before 10am and it's yours that evening by 5! Can't beat the price either! Great location to visit Kennebunkport or Biddeford too. This is a campground not to be missed! Look forward to visiting again!

We just spent 10 days at this wonderful campground. It was meticulously maintained. Sites were very nice. Owner Jane was very welcoming & delivered fresh cooked lobster to our site in a vintage truck for a very reasonable price. Loved that! We met several work campers in seasonal sites who were very friendly & welcoming! They had an excellent band play on Sunday of Memorial day weekend that we enjoyed very much!

Very close quarters. This is a paved/developed campground best suited for for RVs (not tents). Definitely NOT woods/nature camping. Quiet hours of 10am-8pm were not respected/enforced - loud neighbors until midnight and then at 6am an hour of loud banging and clanging while someone prepped their rig for departure. And garbage crew came to empty the dumpster at 730am, so loud!! 😩

Nope, all good!

How can I get in touch with someone about a reservation email never received after booking online. I need to make sure the email was put in correctly.
