My alternator died on the highway on a Saturday afternoon and I was 3 hours from home. No other place was open, no rental car places. I was stuck. Ellen and the guys at VIP were so helpful, kind, and understanding. They found a way to get my car into the shop and got me back on the road in no time.

Was at this VIP location a few weeks ago for state vehicle inspection and bad wheel bearings found on front wheel. Tech was great at showing me what he found and explained everything that he would do to get me safely back on the road. Made another appointment to get it fixed and everything done smoothly and promptly by the staff out front and the tech! Repair cost came in less then original estimate so that was a big plus too for the service and dedicated staff here. Would highly recommend this business to anyone needing car repair!

I was scheduled for tire installation and to have my breaks checked. VIP provided me with great all season tires and informed me that my breaks were all good. The great service continued even after my appointment. A week after I was worried about a noise I thought I was hearing, Mike investigated and was able to put my mind at ease. The community is full of great businesses- this being one!

Hi Kate, We gladly accept walk-ins, but if you do make an appointment you'll have a confirmed time rather than having to be fit in between other jobs.
