I didn't stay here. We stopped at Doc's for food and came over for a drink at the outside bar. I had the hibiscus gin drink. Very good. But the sunset was simply amazing. The hotel looks really nice too.

Got a deluxe king room, had a nice view of the lake. I do wish we had upgraded to the premium deluxe room, as I believe they all come with decks and chairs facing the lake, but the lake is just a short walk away with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the veiws. The veiw of the lake from the room was very nice, but the rooms could use some updating. But it didn't detract from what was a wonderful stay. They served a nice family style breakfast in the restaurant each morning. It included a nice platter of scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, a plate of assorted fresh fruit and coffee and juice. The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall a nice place and a nice visit, that I would stay at again.

Such a beautiful place!! Absolutely gorgeous scenery, wonderful staff, and great room. Wish we could've stayed a little longer. It was so peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed!! Would love to come back again with the entire family and get a cabin.

The staff was helpful and so friendly. Our room was cozy, clean, and looked like it had been recently renovated. It also has a great view of the lake. Everyone was nice to our two dogs. They had fire pits on the grounds and wood on-site. The lodge is adorable. We are looking forward to going back!
