my stay was beyond absolutely horrible. The owners were looking though my windows with purge masks on. Me and my kids were terrified , and decided to close the curtains. THEN someone named (Andy/Andrew?) who knocked on our door then laughed akwardly and left. then while we were sleeping on the FLOOR because of how bad the blankets smelled , I got up to get some water only noticing it was brown and gave me aids. Then In the morning their barefoot “French chefs” food gave me the French Plague. Then, I saw some fat kid riding on a green scooter down the parking lot. Then another fat kid started screaming at him saying he took her scooter. Anyways DO NOT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE STAFF AND ABSOLUTELY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE

The stay was not what was advertised. Their site says it offers breakfast which was part of the reason we stayed there and they did not. They also had an indoor pool that was only open from 11-8pm with poor lighting so our kids did not get to enjoy very much. The water we were never told was undrinkable. We did not know prior to checking in and my step daughter, sister in law and niece used to rinse their tooth brushes in and became violently sick the next day. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable and was just two materesses on top of each other on ply wood. We felt like we were falling off the bed all night long. There were no extra toilet paper in the room and most of the time the office was locked with a number to call to have some one come unlock...which there were no phones in the room and piss poor cell reception. It was awful and besides my family, everyone else there seemed to live there. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

They are kind and patient! I was having a party there and got there late. They let me rent the pool for an extra hour till the guest of honor arrived. I would have another party there. The pizza place they use was also fabulous. I wish i got the name.

AWESOME!!! We drove up to Hawley, to visit our daughter and family in January 2014. We enjoyed the room immensely. The owners and staff were very friendly and caring. They did everything to make our stay an enjoyable one. The room was clean, and it was decorated with love. We really felt at home! We will be using your hotel every time we visit our daughter. Thank you Tuck em Inn for making our stay a memorable and happy one. We will be back.
