Went on a weeknight and they had a good crowd. We were able to get a table for 2 right away without a reservation because there is lots of seating, inside and out. The food was fantastic and the drinks were wonderful. We had the perfect experience and will visit again when in town.

We recently held a wedding ‘after party’ at Old Vines Wine Bar. It was a cocktail party with appetizers served throughout the evening. At breakfast the next day, our guests were still talking about what a wonderful time they had! The atmosphere was great with both indoor and outdoor areas for us to use. On a chilly July evening, some of us enjoyed gathering around fire pits and appreciated the throws that were provided for us. Others enjoyed a lively time at the bar inside. Janai was very helpful with the planning leading up to the event, and Sandra took very good care of us that night. The food and drinks were outstanding and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! The bride and groom are leaving on their honeymoon and they will be taking memories of a perfect wedding celebration with them – the party at Old Vines Saturday night was just the right way to cap off the weekend events. If you are considering hosting an event at Old Vines Wine Bar, you have definitely made the right choice!

This was our first trip to Maine and we were so pleased to find this spot. The food was very good and they have a great selection of wine and cocktails. The staff was so friendly and very welcoming and our Bartender Bill really was great to talk with and he gave us some really great information about the area. While we did dine inside they have a nice outdoor dining area and the vibe is fun and enjoyable. They are also one of the few establishments that are open in town a bit later, so for a late night bite or after dinner cocktail this is the place to visit. I would highly recommend it and we look forward to coming again on our next trip to Maine.

Loved this place! Why did we not discover this place sooner?! Food is outstanding - Service is also amazing, friendly and down to earth. First night we sat at a table and loved it so much, we cancelled our next reservation to come back to Old Vines. Had a chance to sit at the bar and stayed for a meal. The staff is just amazing and the owners are very personable and engaging with customers.
