The brakes on my used 2017 Cadillac started sqeaking within a week of my purchase. The salesman said that they were aware of the problem and they were "working on a solution". This went on for two weeks. The salesman then quit returning my calls. I called and left a message for the sales manager. No response. I live about a hour from the dealership so I cannot just drop by. Zero service after the sale.

I had scheduled an appointment to get a service for my Cadillac. Once I learned my car was no longer under warranty I kindly let the service department know I would be taking my car elsewhere as the dealership tends to be overpriced. The guy who was helping me got quiet and would no longer speak to me or make eye contact. He shut my door and went behind his desk. I let him know I needed my key and he said it’s in the car and again would not look at me. I said thank you have a good day and left with no response. I’ve worked with this member of the service team two other times and he has always been kind. Unsure why he was so upset I decided to leave but I won’t be going back.
